“Launching the first project to uncover the relationship between religion and political violence”

TRENDS Research & Advisory launched a project, the first of its kind in Europe, held at the UK House of Lords. The project aims to discuss the relationship between religion and political violence.
“The project launched is a joint initiative with the International Center for the Study of Radicalisation and Political Violence at Kings College University London” said Dr. Ahmed Al Hamli, Founder and President of TRENDS Research and Advisory.
Representatives of the British government, local NGOs, media, researchers and analysts attended the project launch and discussed the importance of “exploitation of religion in the promotion and justification of political violence.”
